R 2.3 Lists: Issues and change management list
MUST. The SharePoint working environment must contain a list of all issues in the project. These issues must be displayed including their properties name, classification (e.g. problem, change and feature request), description, impact (time, quality etc.)
including a free-text field, responsible team member, status and linked documents (if existing).
MUST. The issues’ status must follow a given workflow. Only status transitions given by the workflow are allowed.
